The Feel Guide is a scale from 1 to 5, with 1 representing the softest feel, typically made with materials like wool and cotton for a plush, cushioned surface, and 5 featuring firmer materials, such as reduced foam, wool and cotton, for a more structured, resilient surface.

While Step One is about choosing comfort, Step Two ensures your mattress provides the right support. Mattress tension, which ranges from soft to extra firm, is designed to match your body weight for optimal spinal alignment. Correct tension is crucial for maintaining posture and support, ensuring your spine stays aligned for restful sleep.

Up to 11 stone (70kg): Soft
11-16 stone (70-102kg): Medium
16-20 stone (102-127kg): Firm

Eserb Warranty Terms

Eserb warrants its mattresses to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of eight (8) years from the date of purchase.

 

Coverage: This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to issues with foam density, seam separation, and structural integrity.

 

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by:

  • Improper Maintenance: Soiling or staining of the mattress, which poses health risks.
  • Inadequate Support: Failure to use a suitable foundation or support system, as specified by Eserb.
  • Abuse or Misuse: Structural damage resulting from misuse or excessive weight/force.

 

Warranty Voidance: Failure to comply with the terms outlined above will void this warranty. Any claims under this warranty are contingent upon proper use and care of the mattress.

 

Claim Procedure: To file a claim, please contact Eserb’s customer service department and provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
